yelled at me. refused to evaluate me.
This Dr is arrogant and rude. He actually raised his voice at me in the appointment. He refused to evaluate me for the urgent reason I was given an appointment. He then created after visit notes that called me hostile. He is a bully. If you want thoughtful care where you are listened to I do not recommend seeing this person.

I had a first-time visit with my new Dr. Fakhraei at Kaiser recently. He spent quality time with me, I am an active senior albeit some physical issues. During that initial visit, I actually had significant joint pain. He prescribed me non-narcotic medicine, and four (4) days' later, I feel better. I find Dr. Fakhraei to be the most caring doctor I've had in years.

I went to this doctor as an ER follow up for nerve pain. He was extremely rude, he kept prescribing me medications without telling me what they were and getting up and saying they’d be ready in 5 minutes. When I asked him what class one of the meds were in he raised his voice and asked me if I was “challenging” him. I cried the rest of the visit and it ended with him shouting that I just wanted opiates and walked out. I never asked him for opiates once. I will be filing a formal complaint.
