I WENT IN AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE CERTAIN I WAS IN EXCELLENT CARE. SHE WAS CALM AND COLLECTED MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING, DIDN'T FEEL RUSHED OR DUMB AFTER. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER DOCTOR.

I have not actually been to see Dr. Kotwal, but not because I haven’t tried. The first attempt was for my 18 year old son. We arrived at the appointment and were told see decided since I made the appointment not to treat patients for what we were coming in for that day. Seriously, a phone maybe? Second attempt was a physical appointment for me. I received a call this time telling me she didn’t see patients for the first time for physicals. I needed to make an appointment for an introduction or something, pay the fee, and then make an additional appointment for the physical. What a scam, how much more info can you get from a patient than at a physical appointment. Ridiculous!

Best primary care physician I've had. She is very knowledgeable and quite easy to talk to. Feel very confident I'm getting the best medical treatment from her and her staff.

I love Dr Kotwal! She is very kind, caring, & takes the time to listen to your problems. She diagnosed me with a very rare issue, on my first visit with me, when no other Dr knew what was going on.

I have seen Dr Kotwal for several months. Inot the beginning was impressed. lately things have been terrible. I had neuropathy and fibermyalgua and her comment was I was depressed and what did I want her to do. the next episode came with a blood sugar trading of 225 from insta care, I called for glucose testing supplies and she told her nurse to tell me that was unnecessary, my a1c was pre diabetic. I spent 18 hours in the hospital that night. either she does not hear well, doesn't listen or ...
