Dr Hightower was the worst doctor I ever seen. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! She is lazy and rude. I don't know how she even got a license to begin with. I complained at the front and come to find out most patients hate her. Too lazy to do a referral she sent my child to the ER. She diagnosed my child with something she didn't have. Never once checked ears , nose, throat, breathing like a normal dr. It took the er dr tell me about the ear infections in both ear that hightower never checked for.
