Dr. Nguyen is really caring but his staff is very rude, lots of attitude and seem like they lack the simple ability to answer the phone. I live 30min from the office, and it's a waste of time and gas to keep driving to the office to ask for every little things.

The doctor is very nice and caring. The staff is one of the worst you can expect. I ask for the latest appointment of the day and they say 3:30 p.m. I ask when the office is closed, they say 5 p.m. I ask if I can come a little later than 3:30 p.m. and they say no. So expected wait time is at least an hour and they are not willing to let the patient come a little later. Lots of attitude. I had written to the doctor a complaint letter about his staff but there is still no change.

Ok. Average wait time is 1 hour after your appointment. Staff is very rude when I complain about the wait.

His staff isn't very nice, he is nice but for being rushed you sure do spend a lot of time in the waiting room. I've waited anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 1/2 hours to be seen and usually come earlier then my appointment time but neither seems to matter if you're on time or late you still have to wait.
