Fantastic doctor
I was concerned about my husbands condition and he got us in right away. Performed an almost painless biopsy and took the time to discuss my husbands problem and answer our questions.

Horrible is an understatement This doctor honors himself with a bunch of titles and in his front office a woman some Indian Mexican a low-grade rude careless woman that will shove you in a cubical with no air and have you wait an hour and if you complain she tells you rudely she has no idea how much longer you have to wait and if you don’t want to wait more you can leave what a low class doctor to have such low life for front office.

Our son (7 yrs old) is a patient of Dr. Wells. He has been magnificent. Or son is now cured. I was 90% deaf in my L ear due to recent respiratory infection. 3 weeks duration. In the midst of COVID19 Dr. Wells saw me next day. BOTH my ears are now perfect. He was convivial friendly efficient and I simply cannot fault him

He treated me like I was stupid. He talked over me and wouldn't listen to my history. He will perform unnecessary procedures on his referring physician buddies, but won't do necessary ones on non-physician patients, quoting "reasons" that do not reflect his judgment with physician friends.

Absolutely terrible experience! Not only was Dr. Wells arrogant and rude, but he totally misdiagnosed my condition. When I tried to change to another doctor within the practice group I was not accommodated. Find a different practice and avoid the disappointment and chaos that I was caused.

We drive 80 miles for my daughter to see him. We have seen 7 ENTs before him. He is the only one to adequately address the issue. If I could give him 12 stars I would
