A very pleasant experience!
The whole staff was very personable and very easy to talk to and have them understand. I had my initial appointment and everyone was very attentive and reassuring that the process of diagnosis will not be a self fought battle!! Ms. Jen was very kind and Dr. Smith was very relatable and both eased my anxiety of the situation. They absolutely bring a more positive light to ease any possible overthinking.
