Terrible
I have prostate cancer. I asked Dr. Saunders about radiation vs surgery; he said 'it’s a personal decision'…no distinctions, no information, no advice! I had to rely on my urologist (a very qualified surgeon) to steer me toward radiation. Dr. Saunders refused to give me a PSMA scan, a state of the art diagnostic tool to detect metastases. But my urologist did. Dr. Saunders refused to give me testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), even though I am in remission. But my urologist did. His only recommendation was to add a second generation drug for my androgen deprivation treatment. My urologist nixed this because of its more (awful) side effects, with only minimal survival rate possibilities.Except for the first appointment, the remaining consultations were by phone. His office mistakenly had me down for an office visit, and I never heard from his office again!I feel that Dr. Saunders is generally behind on current prostate cancer treatment practices.

Not recommended.
Staff was wonderful - they get 5 stars. On the other hand, Dr. Saunders didn't elaborate much about my condition and spent less than ten minutes with me and I didn't learn much more than I already knew. This was my first time seeing him.It was a rushed consultation. He gave me a referral to another doctor without telling me WHY I needed it and promptly sailed out of the room.I won't be coming back.

Dr. Saunders makes the visit very comfortable. They are sincere in all areas of your concerns. He takes quality time to explain questions and you leave comfortable with the whole experience.
