I’ve been seeing Doctor Minar for almost 4 years after switching from a doctor at Columbus children’s that refused to diagnose me. Dr. Minar pretty much immediately confirmed I have Crohn’s disease and has had me on a good medication that’s had me in remission ever since. A couple people in his office will sometimes answer questions instead of him on MyChart and they can be unhelpful, but when it’s himself he takes his time to examine you, answer questions, change medication if needed, and educate you on your condition. Him and his office are organized and keep you up to date on labs and colonoscopies. Never feels rushed or inconsiderate and they even let you stick around after turning 18. Would definitely recommend him for any kid having digestive issues

My daughter was extremely ill with severe gastroparesis. After being diagnosed incorrectly more than once we switched her care from Dayton to Cincinnati Children's. Dr. Minar was able to give an accurate diagnosis at her first visit, which was confirmed by 1 test. After months of watching her suffer having an answer and treatment plan so quickly was amazing. Follow up care and staff were excellent as well. Answering my many questions patiently.
