I’m beyond upset. She went in with a few numb fingers. He lied and said it was an easy surgery. Decided after to tell us that it’s one of the worst back surgeries. Her entire right side is numb now and she can’t move her neck well. Her incision is crooked and she cries a lot from pain. She can’t walk for long. He wouldn’t explain anything to my family and I after her surgery and kept brushing her off. He didn’t get her a brace or anything she needed. He saw her 2 weeks after her surgery and never saw her again. She’s tried calling and he ignores it. His bed side manner is terrible. Do not go with doctor Immesoete. He will seem nice until the actual surgery comes around!!!

Dr. Immesoete was amazing. He listened with others would not. He was very good before/after surgery and with follow-up. He listened, understood, and answered all my questions.

He operated on my neck and screwed it up. Now he wants to do more surgery. I don't trust him, and will not go back to him.

Doctors are ok, no bedside manner, their medical assistants are the worst, they hang up on you, they are rude, have no phone etiquette or people skills, can't keep track of any records, they tell you they will call you back and never do, the PA krystal holtcamp is amazing but all her assistants are rude, and have no people skills, they will leave you on hold for 45 minutes to an hour for a simple question, or give you meds your allergic to multiple times , worst clinic ever, they need
