Dr. Waller
Only met Dr. Waller once in 8 months at new office, careing and concering man. The front office workers are very rude... short with you one the phone and and several times made us change OUR OFFICE VISIT either earlier or later 36 - 48 hrs... before scheduled appt. better check your e-mail... due to in house errors. I felt quaintly not quality was more important

Dr Waller is a great Doctor. but his staff are very rude. For this reason, I will not return to this location. The office personnel and the office manager don't have no compassion for the patients

Definitely a 5 star Doctors Office
I have seen Dr Waller, his PA's, Lab and Infusion Specialists for over 15 years. They are all amazing, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Dr Waller is on top of new meds, he listens very well and explains things in a way you can understand. You can tell he cares about his patients. His office staff, Courtney and her group are wonderful. They worked hard to me get aid for my medications and never gave up. They are always there to help you. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone

Dr Waller is an excellent doctor but the woman who does the blood work is extremely rude. When a patient was resting her arm on the arm rest that woman told her to remove her arm because that was her work space! She then motioned to the patient where the cups are to urinate in because she was too lazy to get up from her chair to get one for the patient. The cup didn't have a lid either! She told the patient to PEE MIDSTREAM!!! That heavy set woman has even been rude if a patient has a 4 pm appointment because she wants to get out early!!

I never met Dr Waller so my issues aren't with him. I have ChampVA for my prescriptions and it took several days/weeks to get his office to send them my prescription for my Maloxicam. During that time I ran out of my Maloxicam which cause my arthritis to flare up even worse in my foot and by the time I finally got the prescription my pain was high. I made an appointment to see him early, hoping he would give me a shot or change my meds. I had to wait several days/weeks for this appointment and when I walked into the office I gave them my ChampVA card so maybe we wouldn't have the same issues as before. That created more problems because they said they would have to cancel this appointment and I would have to coordinate with my Medicare and my Plan G Humanna with my ChampVA. I left the office angry and went to my foot doctor who gave me a shot for my pain and he gave me the name of a new doctors, I'm tired of the BS I have to go through with prescriptions and appointments.

I've been a patient at Dr. Waller's office for a since 2014. I have since moved to Chicago and choose to remain a patient of Dr. Waller, commuting from Chicago to Houston for my appointment. That's how amazing the level of care and concern offered by the staff at Dr. Wallers. I now live in Los Angeles and still choose to be a patient of Dr. Waller. They are flexible and understanding when it comes to scheduling appointments. Dr. Waller is kind, caring and compassionate. He addresses any concern I have and answers any questions. I truly feel cared for by Dr. Waller and his staff, I would rather fly back and forth to see him than choose another doctor.

Dr. Waller is great. He's not over treating or under treating me and has never discounted my symptoms. I'm probably one of his younger patients and I appreciate his honesty and willingness to keep me active without over medicating.
