Each appointment we have had, we have had to wait anywhere from 60-180 minutes AFTER our scheduled appointment time to be seen by him. Each time the excuse "He is running behind" is given. The office staff is not great either. His nurses and X-Ray tech are horrendous as well. Horrible customer service all around. Dr. Sailer spends a minimum amount of time with the patients. He is dismissive of questions and concerns brought by the patient.

A caring, conscientious, and highly competent doctor and surgeon. I consider myself lucky to have been referred to a surgeon of his caliber. After 2 spine surgeries I can vouch for his skill and continued care above and beyond!
