Disappointed
My daughter had nose surgery. She has had nosebleeds and sinus infections afterwards so she went in for 2 follow ups. Dr Atkinson apparently used a camera to look up her nose at $598 a pop EACH for a 2-3 minute view. This was coded as minor surgery which the business office said was required by the insurance co. Two follow ups ended up costing us $534. Business office would not reduce and said to contact their billing company. The billing company said if I paid in full, they would reduce by 40%. Of course, this is what we did. But still steamed at the $322 for what should be 2 routine office visits at $40/ea for problems after a surgery they performed. This is why our healthcare is upside down.

Love Dr. Robb and highly recommend him! Had a face/neck lift and couldn't have been happier with the outcome and excellent care he provided. He's not a five star....he is a ten star in my book! Thank you Dr. Robb!

I went to Dr. Robb for dysport & to discuss a few areas of concerns I had including super bad scarring around my ears from a facelift done elsewhere. He was very attentive & answered all of my inquires. I did not feel rushed at all. In the past I bruised from injections but, I did not bruise from Dr. Robb’s techniques. I appreciate his conservative approach & open mindedness/awareness of new procedures, techniques & technologies.

October 11, 2019 Dr. Philip K. Robb Jr. is known by a different name for me…I nicknamed him “Dr. Miracle”! He is not only the most amazing surgeon I have ever met, but also the most compassionate, empathic, caring, motivated, and passionate individual that I have come across in the “Medical World”. My hope is that this review will be read by hundreds of patients like myself who are in critical need to have a “Top Surgeon” to correct any ENT & Facial Plastic issues they are experiencing themselves. I have learned (trust me, the hard way) that the most valuable research an individual can do to find the surgeon that your needs is to : Read every review you can possibly get your hands on, and go for free consultations with those top doctors and really pay attention to their reactions to your issues, their dedication to you as a potential patient, and their willingness to truly listen to what you have to say! The patient is your best advocate for choosing the medical care you deserve!

I first went to Dr. Robb, Jr., for an annoying, endless cough. I was seen by another doc who practiced in our growing Atlanta health care system and the results were very unsatisfactory. A friend suggested Dr. Robb, Jr. I was VERY happy with my experience. The office staff were very cheerful and helpful. Dr. Robb was very personable, knowledgeable and has a wonderful doctor-patient manner allowing me to feel comfortable about asking question even though I am in the medical field. Within three days my annoying cough was gone. We then addressed my second malady – a deviated septum from an accident when I was 11 years old. Dr Robb performed septorhinoplasty with very exciting results. For the first time since the accident I am able to breath effortlessly. Again, he was very professional and talented – great surgical skills, and his pre-op and post-op bedside manner were outstanding. Everything went smoothly and I was very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Robb, Jr.!

Dr Robb performed Septorhinoplasty on me a month ago and I’m so pleased with him. He was very professional and conservative in his plan to help me to breathe though I had a severely deviated septum. I was so impressed with his courage to offer a prayer with me prior to surgery. Everything went smoothly and we were both so pleased with the result. I had worried that his youth was not in my favor but now I trust his experience and training. Highly recommend!

I was having problems with my ears and sinus. They was staying infected and medication was not the answer. So I was referred to Dr. Robb Jr.. He receccemed sinus surgery. That has been the best thing for me. I can breathe better today than I have in a long time. I feel better than I have in months. I thank his staff for their help and concern during this time.
