Exceptional Service
Dr. Nelson was one of the nicest doctors I’ve ever met. He had exceptional bed-side manners. Since he repaired my retina, I hope to not see him again in that capacity :-). … but IF the need should arise, I will definitely request to see him.

Eye care
I’ve been doctoring with Nelson for 20 years.He has saved my eye sight so far.I will not go to any other doctor until he retires.I trust him and he makes me feel very comfortable and he is very gentle on his treatments that he provides.I strongly recommend him to anyone that needs special care on their eyes.

My visit back in September, Dr Nelson concluded that I had a mini stroke in my right eye. He prescribed blood tests and an echocardiogram and through those tests ended up having heart surgery because of a mass on my heart valve. Surgeon said that if I didn’t have surgery I could have had a major stroke. Dr Nelson may have saved my life. So yes I would recommend him. He and his staff have always been friendly and attentive to my needs.

Felt dismissed and treated like I shouldn’t be concerned. It was a HORRIBLE experience! I’ve been dealt this way by other doctors and things went horribly wrong. I’m left not knowing if I can really trust him.
