Whenever I see Dr McAndrew he puts me right at ease. We discuss what is going on with my stomach and what tests and meds I might need and then we make the decision together. He respects my questions and listens to what I have to say and ask about. He is been most helpful. I would not go anywhere else.

As a long time patient, I have found the extensive knowledge , caring, professionalism, patience, and personal attention of Dr McAndrew and his staff to be completely outstanding. . He has been totally instrumental and an important part of keeping me in good health and clearly answering all my inquiries to have me understand each symptom, its treatment, and follow up. He deserves the the best of praise and my highest recommendation. (For the record these are unsolicited comments )

Deceptive billing practices & miscommunications despite very deliberate attempts to get clarity on out of pocket costs prior to procedure. For the Doctor to personally refuse to waive the OOP balance & take responsibility for his office's miscommunication is petty and unprofessional.

I love this doctor! I've lived in RI for 15 years and I must say, he has been the only doctor that I've seen that is kind, helpful and compassionate about his patients! I am from Boston, so I come to RI with high expectations in the medical field, he's fantastic!
