Hardware Removal Tibea Plateau
Meeting the Doctor in the courtyard on my way to get a drink, after being in ER for 6 hours waiting for answers. He spoke my name I looked up, he came over looked at my knee and proceeded to tell me what the procedure was all about. I said ok. I never saw him again and wanted to thank him for his time.

A 900+ lb horse stepped in my leg, resulting in a complex fracture which required surgery and implants. Dr. Krueger is the rare combination of an extremely knowledgeable and skilled surgeon who us also personable, caring, and never too busy to explain issues or answer questions. I feel like I won the lottery with this orthopedic Surgeon. I have had 3 very competent orthopedic durgrons in the past who conducted successful surgeries. Yes, I have had my share of injuries. But none took the kind of time and care needed to ensure that all my questions and concerns were answered not just to their, but to my satisfaction. Knowledge is not only power for a patient but it also can significantly reduce stress levels and increase trust in your specialist and your treatment.

Had accident, broke leg badly. He put titanium rod in leg because my bone was practically shattered. Held my hand before and aftet surgery. Gave me hugs at aftercare appointments. Lovely man. Great technician. I love Dr. Krueger. My life was in pieces but he made me feel safe.
