Dr. Karanian has been my Dr for many years. He used to be thorough. The past few years his office staff has changed frequently. Not sure if it’s his staff or him, or that I’m on Medicare now, but he does not return calls, refill medications, or follow-up when tests have been done. Seriously thinking of changing Dr.’s. I was in the medical field for many years and have never seen such poor service in regards to myself and others in my family.

Dr Karanian is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things thoroughly. Recently with Teledoc video appointments he has been even more available and the session was excellent.

Great....when you can get in to see him or get him to return a phone call, otherwise pretty useless and aggrevating.

He is a really nice doctor and seems to really know his stuff. But his office is the single worst. I have had better service at the DMV. Prescriptions are never refilled, the waits are terrible, hours in some cases. . After hours response time..well,... I am still waiting.
