Happy with Dr. Zaki's professionalism and attentive care.

I am in the medical field and appreciate how easy it is to get in to see him and how laid back he is while making sure I get my basic primary care stuff done (which I am terrible about). Was recommended to him by a colleague and have already recommended him to others looking for a PCP.

I usually don't write reviews but I would be doing Fresno a disservice if I did not write this review. I discovered Dr. Zaki a few years ago and could not be happier. I have been to many doctors in the past but never have I met a doctor like him. From his bedside manner to his medical knowledge, it does NOT get better than him. He makes you feel comfortable and talks to you like he is talking to a friend. I genuinely feel like he cares about me and wants the best for me. But the most impressive thing about him is his response time when you send him messages on mychart. Any time I needed something from him, nights or weekends, he responds so quickly. I still can't believe I was able to find such a responsive doctor in today’s healthcare system. Not only that, he makes you feel comfortable and makes decisions about your care with you as a team. I never felt like he pushed any treatments on me and always respected my choices. Feel so lucky to have found him!

I was hoping for some who inquires and asks follow-up questions which indicate that he is thinking ahead of me. This is exactly what happened. Entirely comfortable with his competency. Cannot ask more.

I love going to Zr. Zaki. I'm 35 and I've never had a doctor I've liked. My last GP was also rushed and quick to write prescriptions. Dr Zaki actually takes him time, talks to me and gets to know me and is way more concerned with eating right and healthy lifestyle choices than prescribing medication.

Only have had to visits with Dr Zaki, and so far I’m very happy! Dr Zaki takes the time to listen to what you have to say and provides you with a clear understanding of his observations and discusses any and all concerns. Also has an excellent bedside manner and calming demeanor. Good Doctor!

first visit spent almost an hour with me. He made sure all my issues were discussed. Explained issues completely so I understood future treatment. Staff friendly... not impressed with dress code. Jeans don't seem appropriate at Dr.'s office. Not professional in appearance.

Dr. Zaki is a fantastic doctor. He really listens to his patients, is thorough (e.g., orders lab work, reviews previous medical info), and is very caring. He instantly develops a rapport with his patients and works hard to make sure his patients are well taken care of! I am recommending him to everyone I know.

I was recently searching for a Primary Care Physician, and I’m so glad I decided on scheduling with Dr.Zaki. I have seen Dr.Zaki a few times in the last couple of months. Prior to seeing Dr.Zaki, I suffered anxiety just from the thought alone of going to a doctors office. Truthfully, Dr. Zaki has completely changed that for me! The quality of care you’ll experience is superb and is really rare to come across. He is a meticulous doctor and really takes his time listening to you and answering your questions without making you feel rushed. Dr.Zaki has really helped me in taking the necessary steps in taking charge of my health. The office staff is always very friendly and courteous. The assistant that helps the doctor is just as amazing too! I’m extremely glad I have found a doctor for years and years to come. I have referred him to many of my friends and family already. If you’re searching for a doctor look no further!

I have worked with medical professionals most of my career and was happy to come across Dr. Zaki at the Community Urgent Care facility when I was there as a patient, and was very pleased with his professionalism and thorough knowledge of healthcare and every aspect of wellness in every day living. I am now a patient of Dr. Zaki’s and couldn’t be more pleased to have an internist/ family practice physician of his caliber. He takes time to explain every detail and medical terminology in a way that anyone can understand. He takes time to answer any and every question without being rushed, which is rare.
