Dr. Vassalluzzo himself is a great doctor, but I had to switch because of his staff. His old staff were wonderful but the two new morons that work there have screwed me over too many times. They have filled out referrals incorrectly which resulted in me taking a whole day off from work to drive 45 minutes to an appointment that I had to reschedule. The one girl has an awful attitude and was rude to me over the phone when I called to ask for a new referral. They are completely unprofessional.

Do yourself a favor and go see a family medicine doctor elsewhere who actually cares about his patients and doesn't interrupt them while one is explaining the reason for the visit. "First of all, this is taking way too long and I do not need to hear all this" is not something you want to hear from your primary doctor's mouth, especially during a first time patient visit. Seems condescending and needs better bedside manners. Also would benefit from actually having EMR in the office, it's 2017.

The office manager is not a people person. When you need prescriptions called in or any kind of extra requests done you never get them done on the first request. You have to call multiple times just to get your life sustaining medication. They do not organize their time schedule well at all and they are more concerned with getting patients in then tending to their needs. Horrible

I didn't finish explaining my symptoms and the doctor had gone off the office, without even saying antything. The staff was horrible, rude and impolite.
