Dr. Van Patten performed surgery on my husband when he had an accident & shattered his ankle. His care & concern for my husband's healing & for the family as we went through this horrible accident went beyond any of our expectations. If it hadn't been for Peter Van Patten, I'm sure my husband would have lost his foot or worse. We will always be grateful for this kind, caring, outstanding surgeon. We cannot give him enough thanks!

Absolutely love this position I have spent the last 25 years. I have had three knee surgeries with him couldn't have asked for a more perfect position as Dr VanPatten.. very personable honest hard to find an old-school doctor that actually calls and checks on you but sad to say in the year 2016 he has retired he has a replacement that like but not nothing close to Dr VanPatten .. What a blessing it has been to have you. You have been the light at the end of my tunnel thank you

Dr. Van Patten may be one of the best in his field but that is offset by his absolutely HORRID bedside manner; he is arrogant, rude, impatient and very condescending. Apparently these are well known attributes associated to Dr. Van Patten by some of his colleagues as well as former patients.
