Dr. Peter Tran IV, DO

Both parents went here Very confusing in their medication My mom was critical in potassium when went to Hospital. The hospital Doctors kept saying Dr Tran should have caught this with blood work. I called for appointment and waiting to get in.

got upset when we arrived 15 minutes late due to an accident. staff member asked if we wanted blood work there and we said yes. then she got angry even though she said it was complimentary. signed us up for blood pressure monitoring which we did and then accused us of not doing it. He couldn't find it on his computer and had his office mgr (wife) come in and she found it right away. he never apologized for accusing us of not taking the readings!

I have been a patient of Dr. Tran for over 7 years. There are at least 3 things I really like about Dr. Tran and his office workers. 1) Dr. Tran takes the time to listen and ask questions. He is willing to explain conditions so that you understand. 2.)His office rarely runs late. You move smoothly from the waiting room to the exam room. 3.) His office staff is kind, helpful, responds to calls for information and gets back to the patient with test results I highly recommend Dr. Peter Tran.

Husband and i were patients 1yr. 84 & 85yrs, diabetic, & one with Parkinson's. We both received a 30 day termination of services letter with no explanation, would not respond to inquiry of why they were being discharged. Our only guess is it was because of a fall on the uneven walkway into the office that has no marking or hand rails, and ended up with a huge hematoma and lump. We never made any threats of suit or gave them any reason to think we would. Rx req's always took at least 3 days.

Dr. Tran is a wonderful doctor. Wish we had found him sooner. He is caring; he listens and takes time to hear you and discuss your problems and explain solutions. Also, his staff is great. They are friendly, helpful and responsive.

The total experience with Dr. Tran and his office staff was one of the best I have ever had with any practice anywhere. The office staff is friendly, caring, and responsive. Dr. Tran spent time with us to thoroughly explain my husband's current medical situation, listened carefully, was patient, and answered all of my questions. His demeanor was professional, yet he was empathetic. I left his office with a feeling of trust and respect for both he and his team.
