I was Treated very well, took my information no long waits in between services and tests.No rush took time with me, one of the best experiences At medical office I ever had -Thank you

I got there on time and although nobody was waiting, it took 20 minutes to call me. My vitals were taken and I waited another 20 minutes till I saw the doctor. I then waited 40 minutes for bloodwork. I told 3 different workers that my meter was expiring. I was ignored. I got up to leave when the office manager stopped me and said she would do it. She then attempted to take blood. She stuck my arm and couldn’t get blood. The butterfly then fell out with blood dripping on my clothing. She then attempted to take blood from my other arm and was not successful. I was then told they needed a urine sample. I said I’m here over an hour and a half and you’re telling me now I need a urine sample. Of course there was a line of 3 people waiting to take samples. I left the office. Nobody followed up.Just a horrible experience.
