Dr. Peter Schottlander, MD

He refused to delve into a physical complaint to find root cause for proper diagnosis and treatment. I am a HC provider, myself. I know the routine. His reasons for doing nothing were wrong. I did the research to validate my opinions. I wouldn't recommend him for anything.

I've seen Dr. S. three times and was always disappointed. Schottlander is always bored, makes little eye contact, doesn't ask questions, won't put together a treatment plan, and once sent me off with incorrect information. I ended up very, very, sick and my other PA and my neurologist got me on a medication and pulled me through that. Morally and ethically I cannot refer him to anyone. His staff couldn't get scripts called in or referrals faxed, either, constant problems. Switched PCPs.

Have been seen in this office for many years. They are very thorough and competent. Most of the time I see Shana Flleming, NP-C. They keep me in optimal health. Referrals, prescriptions, and reports done quickly. It is always a pleasure to visit.

I like him! Very thorough.

A friend of mine has been going to this doctor for many years and so I took her advice and went there and all I can say is ... He was right on with his advice and he explained what was going on. He did not rush me out and his staff was just as nice. I am very confident that I have him for my doctor. He is a keeper.

He is not very interested in his patients and not very nice. Maybe time to retire?

What a mistake getting this DR . Good luck getting a referral,all he cares about is your blood work if you have other issues good luck getting help. Good luck with him getting all your scripts to the pharmacy. This guy runs this business like he's on commission. Less costs to the insurance company more money in his pocket...The only bright side is an appointment is always available due to no one ever in the waiting room. I should smarten up and get a new Dr soon

My horrible coughing has ruined my husbands & my sleep for the past week. I called Dr. Schottlander's office for help & I got an appt. 'TODAY'. At the sign in I received a mask to protect others. Dr. Schottlander was professional, cheerful, witty & thorough. Even testing me for the flu, I don't have it - Yay. It was truly an easy, enjoyable visit. Saw the review about Dr. S. being mean & gruff, I have always found him & his staff to be helpful & kind. I've never had a long wait time.

Worst Dr. I have ever had. Mean and gruff. I came in begging for help and got none. No bedside manner whatever. Very disappointed. I am moving on from this unprofessional doctor!!!

I called to make an appointment as a new patient. The secretary was rude, and even though it was Monday and I'm sick, I could not make an appointment until Friday. Why would I wait a week to see a dr when I am sick???? I guess there is a reason he only received 1 and a half stars.
