Good Surgeon awful staff
The surgeon knows what he's doing. Good hands and knowledgeable. The staff on the other hand is just awful. Don't try emailing them they'll never reply. They'll overcharge you at any chance they get. Make sure you ask for prices and stay on top of it. I had to call 10 times and send 100 emails to get a break down of procedures and payments made. I was mysteriously being charged $1100, when I started investigating that turned to $688. I'm sure they still overcharged me.

No medication post op. Severe pain and trauma
The procedure went well, but the post-operation was horrible. Severe anxiety and panic attacks from not being able to dampen the pain of having two metal implants that were surgically fused to my jaw being ripped out. I asked for pain medication and was refused. A very terrifying experience overall.

Digesting office /arrogant and rude personnel
Terrible guy here. Extremely discourteous, rude and dismissive. Bizarre office practices such as a receptionist or billing coordinator comes to solicit payment from you while you are literally in the examining chair awaiting surgery. They are concerned that you will run out of the door after and not pay. They refuse to work with insurance even though they are in network because they want their payment up front so badly. They will not provide you with an itemized bill yet they demand based on their own handwriting on a piece of loose leaf paper saying what you owe! Beyond low class. And if you dare ask a question this guy will cut you down to size and throw you out. Do not go here.

I do not recommend this practice for orthognathic surgery. The office is not experienced enough with insurance providers and missed critical deadlines. The letter for medical necessity was poorly written.

I’m sure Dr. Rosa is great. But he was not very helpful for my surgery. He was quite dismissive and took less than 5 minutes to discuss what is a rather complicated my procedure with me. He was very unhelpful about my insurance and failed to offer any follow up or advice.

I just had four wisdom teeth removed under IV sedation by Dr. Rosa. He was extremely professional, empathetic, and humorous. I was incredibly anxious when I arrived, but he and his staff made me feel very comfortable. He answered my questions prior to the procedure to help allay my anxiety. The surgery, which took approximately 45 minutes, went very smoothly. I didn’t feel any pain when I woke up in recovery. And, much to my surprise, aside from some minor discomfort and bleeding for a few hours yesterday, I’ve been virtually pain free. I couldn’t be more grateful for this. Dr. Rosa and his staff made a seemingly unpleasant experience remarkably bearable.

Dr. Rosa is as good as it gets - professional, hands on, with a good bedside manner and funny! He handled my teenagers impacted wisdom teeth so that they didn't even experience swelling - and now my implant.

My first time here and hopefully my last. I would highly recommend Dr. Rosa and his staff. They are very courteous and professional. The office is clean and Dr. Rosa is very knowledgeable. Dr. Rosa called me 24 hours after my surgery to see how I was doing. That was a nice touch!

Dr. Rosa is a good doctor but he kept pushing me into more and more different surgeries. Every step was a different extreme surgery. The worst part of my experience was his staff. His assistant was so nasty and snippy to me. The girls in the front were not too bad. But that one lady in his room with him was horrible and so rough.
