Thank you for everything you are doing for my mom.
Dr. Rienzi and his staff have been great with my mom, who has been a patient of Dr. Renzi's for a long time.

Something to consider: I have recently been in contact with Dr. Peter Rienzi’s office about becoming a new patient. Frankly, the outcome of that conversation was concerning: One of my main concerns was patient wait times. Here is what I was told: Dr. Rienzi typically runs behind, with patient wait times regularly run over an hour. Tel Med appointments are scheduled at the end of the day and that the staff would handle them as time is available. Obviously, appointments are for the convenience of the Dr’s office and not his patients. I question why Dr. Rienzi says he is accepting new patients when he clearly has problems supporting the ones he already has. Finally, I have to wonder why anyone would knowingly choose Dr. Peter Rienzi as their provider, when he clearly takes his patients for granted. Just saying…….

Worse doctor Ever and worse office ever.
He failed to detect my cancer. He told some woman that she didn't have cancer .The nurse came up and told him 'why did you do this she has cancer?' He told me it's ok for him to yell at me . The woman making the appointments messed up twice on referrals for sloan kettering .Pushing treatment out a week. The 2nd time I feel she intentionally forgot to put in the proper codes because I complained . The office Manger sat in on my appointment with the doctor which is a hepa violation. The dr. yelled at me for wanting to get blood tests he's never proscribed in 30 years. But when,i showed valid reasons he proscribed them. The office staff sent me on a wild goose chase telling me I had to look up office codes for them if I wanted to get my scripts filled. I have cancer and they refuse to do there jobs . Refuse to give me a complaint line. I can't imagine someone who is old because you will be taken advantage of. Imagine having cancer and not knowing .Do you really want to take that chance?

My first visit today
I had my first visit today. I found the entire staff very professional. Started with a very welcome greeting. Nurses were very attentive. Dr. Rienzi spent all the time necessary and more. Started with my history and then did an exam which provided new information and helpful advice. I look forward to the future working with him and his staff.

I tried to make an appointment with Rienzi on behalf of my 100 year old mother who has been his patient for more than 20 years, I wanted this appointment so that he would have the appointment time to complete and send the signed forms needed at my mother Assisted Living Facility. These forms were needed so that she could obtain the Covid 19 vaccination. This was refused me and I was told by the male office manager that the Dr. had many many patients that he had to do forms for and that he would tell him about my mother's. Because the DR had so much to do there were no promises made that he would get it done. The result of this was my mother was the only resident of Loudonville Assisted Living that did NOT get her Covid vaccination with all the others. I am furious when I read that he is still accepting new patients when he is too busy to take care of the ones that he already has. Nothing short of a written apology to me and to Loudonville Assisted Living will suffice.
