Great Doctor!
Sometimes it feels like there aren't any private practices anymore, just giant hospital centers and clinics, so I was so glad to find Dr. Reed. He is the first doctor I've seen in my adult life that felt like they actually cared about me as a person and my health. I appreciate his holistic approach. He and his staff are also readily available via call or the online portal which is important to me because a specific medication I take can be frustrating at times to get filled! I feel comfortable knowing that Dr. Reed has my best interest in mind and isn't just out there to try and see 100 patients per day. There is an annual fee for his office, but it is SO worth it. I'd rather money go directly into a doctor's pocket then have to deal with insurance and large organization bureaucracy.

I can't even fit all of the issues I've had with Dr. Reed in one review. Suffice it to say that both he and his staff are unprofessional and dismissive. They've filled out paperwork wrong (leading to major health scares when the bloodwork results were alarming--because they'd written the gender incorrectly). They've sent prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. They take months to book non-emergency appointments, and though they charge an annual fee for same or next-day appointments, I was told I have to wait three days to get in for a simple x-ray order from a nurse practitioner when I had a broken foot. (I found a different doctor who was able to fit me in the very next day—and without charging an annual fee for the privilege.) Once it took months for a medical issue I had to resolve because it was, apparently, easier for Dr. Reed to tell me to wait and see for weeks, try over the counter drugs for more weeks, etc. I'm just glad I never had anything seriously wrong with me because I wouldn't trust Dr. Reed to respond appropriately (if I could even get in to see him.)

I was looking for a primary care physician who could care for all my health needs. I was seeing 3 separate physicians/specialists to treat chronic treatable conditions. Since seeing Dr. Reed, he has reviewed my medical history and been managing all my health needs. My first appointment was through. He takes time to listen, is not dismissive and does not rush an appointment . He manages my health pharmacologically as needed, but also takes a holistic approach to wellness and recommends non-pharmacological tools to balance health. His office is courteous and quick to return phone calls. I have been very happy with my experience with this office so far!

Dr. Reed always spends time with me. He explains what he thinks will help me and allows me to be a partner in my healthcare. He stays current with medical studies. He's the best doctor I've gone to.

I avoid going to the doctor because I think it is a waste of time, but after visiting Dr. Reed, I feel differently. The receptionist and intake process was quick and very professional. Dr. Reed took time to ask a lot of questions, answer mine, and seemed genuinely interested in me as a person and a patient. He is knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor. I highly recommend him.

I have had many doctors over the years, but only two who have made me feel like they are really concerned about my health and well-being. Dr. Reed is one of them. He is patient, thorough, extremely knowledgable and easy to talk to. I have never felt rushed when visiting his office. He reminds me of a young Dr. Marcus Welby (I guess that dates me :-)). His office staff and nurse are friendly and work hard to schedule 'emergency' appointment. The only reason I marked four stars instead of fi
