LEFT ON HOLD TOO LONG, DOESNT RETURN CALLS
I was unable to have an experience with this doctor despite trying to get an appointment. I was told to get a referral, then was told the Bethpage office doesn't take my insurance. They gave me the number to the New Hyde park office where I left 3 messages over the course of three weeks and was never contacted. I called the Bethpage office again and was on hold for too long. These offices are just to busy to operate correctly.

A true professional
Surgery was explained and never felt rushed. Very reassuring manner. Recovery was quick. Very attentive assistant. Have the most confidence in this surgeon’s skill.

Dr Protzel and his staff are wonderful. Everyone from the front desk to the dental assistants were friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr Protzel is the kind of dental surgeon you want. He is very nice and tries to calm you down.

On short notice the front office staff was excellent Lori, Michelle, Karen- they all were professional, Efficient, and overall made me feel comfortable. The appointment was on time and the doctor assistant, Christine, was professional as well, the doctor explain the procedure and after what to do. overall I would highly recommend this office if u need a tooth extracted

Dental surgery can be scary....BUT Dr Protzel and his Entire Staff starting with Lisa are amazing ! Not only is wonderful dental surgeon he and his staff have integrity !
