On NOV/03/2016 (Billing Date. ) I went to see Dr Nieh for a second opinion on my prostrate. When I confirmed my appointment with the office I was told that it would be filed with my Insurance as a PREVENTIVE visit and I would not be charged. (The same that my referring doctor visits are). I took time off work to get to the office on time. (20 min early when I checked in).I waited 4 hours in the waiting room. Every time I would ask what was taking so long I was told that it shouldn't be much long
