Dr. Liehr refused to give my wife a basic hormone level test, though she has every checklist item of low estrogen. He then proceeded to make rude comments about my family and others. He was much more interested in explaining evolution, cavemen, and sabre-toothed tigers than ordering a basic blood panel. Entire staff (with the exception of his shadowing partner) was rude, very bad attitudes, and gave what I believe to be factually incorrect statements (women have to be absent of periods for 12 months before they are considered PRE menopausal. This contradicts everything you can find online). Facts aside, as that can be debatable I suppose, experience was VERY uncomfortable.

Dr. Liehr called me 20 minutes before my appointment (I was driving to the appointment so I clearly did not answer) to let me know he could not help me and I should book with someone else. I had the appointment for TWO weeks! When I got there he was rude and unhelpful. He refused to write a prescription for a medication he said would be beneficial and would help me because he "doesn't work in infertility." HE'S AN MD! HE CAN WRITE PRESCRIPTIONS! He didn't even review my labs!
