Dr. Kim had not seen us before. We are new to this location. He was rushed, did not listen, spoke over us, and rushed us out of the office. We will be looking for another provider.

The experience is great but I had a conflicting appointment and if I were to change the date and time of my appointment my other option would be 3 months from the appointment date, staffing is vital and doctor is continually overbooked. A new qualified physician Is needed at that location, and the possibility to changing appointments without waiting 3 months would be extremely helpful. Thank you. Furthermore the front staff, the nurse and DR. Kim are amazing and I am proud to call this Facility and DR. Kim the health providers for my daughter Hannah. Thank you.

Dr. Peter Kim and facey clerical staff always provide the best customer service and support to patients and their families. Very respectful and professional service. Dr. Kim is so patient and kind with my children. I'm glad I Switched Insurance provider from another medical group to Facey Pediatrics with Dr Peter Kim and clinic.

I love Dr Kim and that's the reason I made him the health provider for all my 3 children. He's attentive , cares for what we have to say and makes sure his team responds to us and get prescriptions ordered right away with the pharmacy. He's an amazing doctor.
