Dr. Peter Haines is a professional who respects his patients. He listens well and has a suitable answer for any questions. I like going to appoints and relax while I am there. His staff is equally as professional and very helpful. The entire office is a smart and intelligent group of people who are eager to assist and deserve a kudo for a job well-done! The saddest thought is the fact that he has to retire someday. I am so glad that I was referred to such a great physician who cares about people in general and most of all his patients. THANK YOU!

After a double mastectomy and five reconstruction surgeries from breast cancer, I’m still not pleased with the finished project. Other doctors won’t even touch me now due to all the scar tissue. One is higher than the other and has a dent straight through the middle. And then, six years after my last visit, I have a “collection” on my Credit for a whopping $36! A phone call may have been nice or even a letter/bill. I found out by looking at my credit report. Highly disappointed in my results.

I love Dr. Haines and his staff. They are truly caring and going through breast reconstruction can be daunting. They are so caring and sometimes have me laughing when I leave. Lindsey is the BEST. Honestly, each staff member is so warm and caring. I am also very pleased with how well my reconstruction is going.

Dr. Haines and his team are awesome. Dr. Haines did my Abdomnioplasty and liposuction a few weeks ago. I was scared and almost changed my mind the closer the surgery came but I didn't. I'm so happy that I didn't. The experience was amazing and I owe it to Dr. Haines and his team from the nurses the day of my procedure to the office staff at Healing Waters. I highly recommend this doctor and his staff. The experience was completely positive.

Staff is very rude. Especially Marie who handles insurance and payments. She acts like she is doing you a favor by her showing up for work. Dr. Haines seems to be a nice guy but his hands shake as if he has parkinsons or either he is very nervous which is not good for a plastic surgeon. This office tells you to come early to your appointment and then makes you wait 45 mins. past your appointment time. I would not recommend this place for anyone. Don't let the nice office fool you.
