Disrespected
I arrived 5 minutes before appt, 1 1/2 hours later the 3 ahead of me were in back. Then 2 new clients came in 5 mins later. in another 15 mins 2 more clients came in and were called to back ahead of me and first 2. I checked with desk and was told I was next. one more client comes in and is called to back again the original 2 and I sat. This was my 2nd appointment. The back office is messed up and new office is unwelcoming at best. I walked out! I am happy with my response to my feelings of being disrespected. I have done this and more for others now for myself.

I have been a patient of Dr Ferrera for over ten years. He thoroughly explains my diagnosis and formulates a treatment option best suited for my illness. He truly loves his profession, evident by his professional bedside manner. I highly recommend him.

I am very disappointed by this office. Dr. Ferrera made me wait 1 hour after my scheduled time to see me without giving me any warning that he would be running so late. In addition to this, he drew labs for me and stated that the lab results would be faxed over to me 2-3 days after I was seen. It has now been nearly a week and I have not received any phone calls or faxes related to my results. It takes a very long time to speak to a human on the phone because the moment you call the office, you are placed on hold. In addition, the office staff often leave the office and do not answer the phone after 4PM even though they post that their office hours are until 5PM. As someone who works in health care, I see why so many patients have little faith in our health care system as there are too many hoops to jump through to receive quality care. I recommend that this office improve its work flow and prioritize quality patient care over just staying afloat.

There are 3 primary reasons that I am not happy with this office: 1) The parking is inconvenient, 2) The doctor requires all lab work be done in the office and so that means an office visit once a month due to a medication that needs to be monitored, which is really inconvenient, and 3) the office staff. I could go on and on about how unhelpful and unknowledgeable the office staff is, but I know that everyone says this about doctor's offices. However, this is the worst I have experienced.
