Dr. Peter Catalano, DO

Excellent doctor. Attentive, thorough, and compassionate. He is knowledgable and cares about his patients. He has a holistic view of a person's health and asks questions concerning a patient's total health rather than only treating individual symptoms.

I came in as a new patient because I have had migraines and was told he was going to refer me to a neurologist which was fine. I hadn't heard anything and called to follow up and they referred me to provider that isn't seeing new patients. This establishment does not let you connect directly to Dr Catalano, rather an assistant named Mari. After explaining my concern, she then referred me to another neurologist that was also not seeing new patients. I tried messaging her about possibly seeing another neurologist that does see new patients and I was told to have a lower back MRI. A lower back MRI to evaluate my migraines. I asked for clarification and she disabled the replies from the message. Very incompetent and unprofessional.

I came to see Dr. Catalano for the first time just two months ago. He was the first Dr. I had seen in over a decade and he had to deal with alot. He listened and put me through a full battery of tests that revealed two types of infection and diabetes. He had a medical assistant reach out to me immediately upon review of my tests and give me clear directions on what I needed to do. I saw him again six weeks later and was happy to present myself with a weight loss of nearly 20 pounds and a new attitude towards taking care of myself. The Dr. has ordered six different sets of x-rays and referred me to two excellent specialists to take care of my skin problems and my orthopedic problems. I can't empathize in any way with any review of Dr. Catalano and/or his staff that isn't stellar. His work with me has been superlative and has put me on the path to better health.

This 'Dr' can't use logic or evidence to make decisions. When evidence is presented, the 'Dr' will continue to believe his own imagination instead of using available facts. I wouldn't hire him to flip burgers on a grill because he lives in his own delusional make believe world. 'Incompetent' is the best description of the 'Dr.' His parents are alcoholics and this child of theirs was born high and his defects continue to make him not honor his 'do no harm' oath. That makes him a liability and a liar.

Dr Catalano is very knowledgeable, he listens and cares to ask many questions and is straightforward and to the point with his diagnosis. Absolutely a refreshing visit, Dr Catalano takes his time and explained everything in detail. He ordered extensive labs that were very thorough and left no doubt in my mind we were on the right path for my treatment. Highly Recommend!

I dont understand all these positive reviews! I took my 84 year old mother to see him and he was arrogant and very impatient with her and acted like he just wanted to get the appointment over with. I left dumbfounded and couldn’t believe how he treated her. My mother said she never wanted to go back and I agree with her! His notes that we later read had many mistakes and he wrote about things we never even talked about. One of the worst doctors I’ve ever been to.

Arrogant, uncaring and incompetent. A bad mix.

Carondelet-Riverstone is a well managed office. You can tell his staff really loves Dr Catalano. He is very professional, sincere and really cares about his patients. I cannot see myself using another doctor. Doc Catalano is in my top three lifetime best doctors! Well done Dr Catalano!

I found this person to be of very limited competence... spent 5 minutes with me on a new patient appt... long enough to know he is not one to trust... al all.

Dr. Catalano was very attentive to my concerns as was his medical assistant, Maricel. I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Catalano or his medical assistants. They are very professional in the manner they go about their business treating patients.

Dr Catalano is thorough and attentive. He listens to what is being said and engages in conversation. He explains the courses to take in further care. I trust his advice and judgment.

Dr. Catalano is always prompt and takes the time to explain and discuss every concern. He is the best.

Dr was on time and very up beat. Answered all of my questions and gave me the confidence that we are on the right track with medications etc. He is a joy to work with.
