Dr. Bloom is awesome he has a great personality and was very detailed in explaining my situation. Also excellent in answering my questions listening to my concerns. We need more physicians with his mentality and making the patient feeling comfortable.

I was very impressed with the staff mannerisms and how she handled my daughter. The doctor was very friendly, informative, and took the time to listened and explained everything to me. He didn’t rushed us out of his office and that was a big plus to me as a mom with a special needs child. Doctor B you’re one of a kind. Many great blessings to you and your staff.

Consult 'gastritis?'
Very friendly but professional. Did not appear to be dismissive or anything but attentive and respectful of my concerns. Made some valid suggestions for testing which I will follow through on.

Just wants you in and out.
Went in with some serious GI complications. This Dr is Clearly overworked and has waaaay too many patients. They want you in and out as quickly as possible. When I was asked about parents having IBS, he instantly concluded that it was IBS. No additional tests were taken or questions were asked. Did not offer any advice on diet or how to get back to being healthy again. Left there 3 times with the same experience and still with the same questions and complications I arrived with.

Just care about making money
I was referred by my family doctor to this center. This doctor looks nice but just tries to persuade you to do the procedures he wants without talking about the things you care. His office charged $435 for a ~ 5-min talk with him.

I had a refill on a prescription, but these insurance company required an authorization. I called the office on a Friday, then Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday leaving a message with the receptionist that I needed an authorization. Everytime I was told okay, but nothing was done. The staff is very unprofessional.

Dr Bloom and staff is very slow in returning calls for acute issues such as diverticulitis. If you have this disease you know that one day you are fine and the next is difficult and painful. Knowing very well that the only thing that can help a flare up is a prescription for anti-biotic, they really screwed me up by not helping me without coming to see them. There is no good reason for an office visit during flare up. They also didn't let me know they wouldn't fill script, found out myself. Bad
