Dr. Shear is the best, had two surgeries and he is the most caring patient understanding physician/person I’ve had the pleasure in handling my back issues.

Dr Shear was present in my cervical disc surgery 11 yeas ago and most recently in my Lumbar Disc surgery three months ago. His presence brings a sense of calm and help me to feel that the “A” team was looking out for my care. He also has an excellent bedside manner. I was so thankful for his presence in both of my surgeries m.

Dr. Shear came highly recommended to me . To date I have seen him twice and each time I have left very confused and frustrated . It seems like he can't get out of the exam room fast enough to the next patient. I really hope my opinion of him changes .

Boy, what a difference from the first neurosurgeon I went to see, I won't mention any names here. He has a lovely bedside manner, spends time with you and explains everything to you and I mean everything. I would recommend him to a family member, friend or anyone needing a neurosurgeon! And I didn't have to wait long to get in to see him the day of my appointment. Super Dr. worth every single star I gave him! I'm very very happy with the care I received!
