Undoubtedly the worse interaction I’ve ever had with a medical office in my life. Dr. Leong has been my 91 year old mother-in-law’s primary for many many years. I called for advice as she has had direct and continued contact with another family member who is positive for Covid. I explained the situation to the woman who answered the phone who expresssed annoyance when I asked if she should be tested and if so where. She said “I guess she should quarantine” I asked again about testing and precautions due to her age. She replied she didn’t know and to google it or go to an emergency room. I was then aggregated and asked if she knew where she could be tested and about a referral as some places require if for testing. The woman began screaming at me annoyed with my questions. Horrible horrible experience and this woman has no right working in healthcare!

I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. whenever I need to see him they will always squeeze me in and make time to see me right away but the most important thing is they always make you feel comfortable. The staff is great. They are so nice I never dread going to the doctor. I always look forward to it.
