Outstanding
I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Perry Johnson and his incredible work. I have been a Sculptra patient of his for 17 years—since I was 29—and throughout that time, he has consistently provided outstanding care and expertise. His skill, precision, and attention to detail are truly unmatched.Dr. Johnson is not only an exceptional injector but also a kind, compassionate professional who genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, answer questions, and ensure that every procedure is tailored to individual needs. His results speak for themselves—natural, beautiful, and exactly what I hoped for every time.I deeply appreciate his dedication and the trust I’ve been able to place in him over the years. If you are looking for a top-tier surgeon in Omaha, Dr. Perry Johnson is the one. He’s simply the best!

Dr. Perry Johnson is Division Chief for Plastic Surgery at UNMC and specializes in rhinoplasty. I have many friends who are health care providers who all highly recommended Dr. Perry Johnson as the "go to" surgeon for rhinoplasty, whether it be cosmetic or complex reconstructive nasal surgery. At consultation Dr. Johnson was humble and genuinely listened to my concerns about my nose. He gave a thorough explanation of rhinoplasty, including limitation, potential complications, and what to expect post-operatively. He used modern digital photo technology to predict what my nose should look like based off his surgical plan. I left consultation feeling reassured, knowing I was in good hands. I ultimately went through with surgery and couldn't be happier with the results. Surprisingly minimal post-op pain. As he informed, it took time for the swelling to fully resolve, but now over 6 months from surgery, can look in the mirror at see the nose I was hoping for. Thank you Dr. Johnson!!!

Dr Perry Johnson
I’ve had elective surgeries by Dr Johnson (breast aug-face lift). He was professional and thorough and took the time to explain the possible risks so that I was fully informed. I would highly recommend him and his staff. I have referred him to several of my friends-colleagues who have had the same experience.

Perry Johnson destroyed my nose & breasts and left
Perry Johnson destroyed my nose & breasts and left me with needing over 40K worth of reconstructive surgery.I saw him in 2022 to replace 14 year old breast implants as well as have him fix my deviated septum. I opted to have a hump removed from my bridge since I was getting my septum fixed with grafts put in to be able to breathe better. I asked him for the most natural outcome, I explained to him in depth that I was not interested in looking differently, that my kids look like me and I am Lithuanian so my athesitic was very important to me and I wanted to keep it.We met 3x in person before surgery, I told him each time I was not looking for a drastic cosmetic change but my goal was for my breathing to be improved while making micro adjustments to my nose since surgery to breathe better was medically necessary and if I was going under for this I wanted to have the best version of my nose as possible. He left me with an open roof deformation (hole in my bridge), inverted V-shape de

25 Years Later and Still Thrilled with My Results!
It's been 25 years since Dr. Johnson performed liposuction on my hips, and I still couldn't be happier with the results. His skill was evident from the start, and the long-lasting outcome speaks for itself. Not only is Dr. Johnson an incredibly talented surgeon, but he’s also down-to-earth and approachable, which made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. I highly recommend him to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.

Traumatizing result and experience
I had nose trauma and needed a septoplasty for a deviated septum and a rhinoplasty to remove a small amount of bone scar tissue. I was told by office staff that if I had a different consultation with a different doctor then my procedures may not be covered by insurance, which is the primary reason I chose Dr. Johnson. I was young and scared and he seemd ok so I didn't even think to check with my insurance. During my consultation we had discussed shaving the tissue off. During the procedure he decided to break my nose and reset it which is not something we talked about and something he never brought up during our consultation. My nose healed crooked and bumpy. He offered to repair it at a discounted price, but that definitely wasn't happening. I had to wait a year for my nose to completely heal before I could have a revision. Dr. Johnson had done such a terrible job that there wasn't an easy way to make to make repairs and I needed a none graft. Now myface looks completely different.

Scared for life!
My scar is a monstrosity! It goes up to my belly button and the rest looks like a first grader drew it. Dr Johnson and his nurse admitted that the scar was way too high. My left breast ended up square at the bottom and his liposuction was deforming, completely uneven. I’m not exaggerating this was traumatizing. He said he “might” be able to lower the scar but that he’d have to make a vertical incision. That’s all I need is one more scar. Other doctors said it could not be done and would probably make it worse. I have to live like this for the rest of my life. I’ll forever have pubic hair up to my bellybutton! This is just a word of caution.

Reconstruction (difficult and large skin grafts) following a nasty necrotizing Fascitiis infection of the lower leg/ankle/foot. Extensive Debridement. Longer and more involved, than initially thought. Perry did a great job. Only complaint was the waiting time for an available OR at UNMC to do procedure--a matter completely out of his control. Would refer without hesitation. Personable. Skilled. His Assistant Amber, is very good, as well.

I was 22 when I had a nipple sparing bilateral mastectomy because of the "breast cancer gene" that runs in my family, BRCA1. I had mastectomy with expanders, 8 weeks of "fills" then the "exchange" surgery for silicone implants. I could not have had a better experience. Dr Johnson, office staff and my final result has resulted in me referring everyone I know to Dr Johnson. Took a lot to go through this at 22 - I would do it again tomorrow. No regrets!
