I needed surgery on my foot and went here because my insurance recommended it. Overall I received the care I needed, but not at the level of quality I expect. If you have an appointment here, expect to be here for a few hours no matter how simple the appointment is. Schedule an earlier appointment than you think you need. Worst instance was waiting over an hour and a half past my appointment time to even see his Physicians Assistant.

I saw Dr. Papapetropoulos when I broke my ankle Despite having an x ray done at an urgent care confirming the break he wanted new x rays. The ones done at his office were blurry so we wanted me to get an MRI. Since I made the scheduling call as opposed to the doctor it took over a month to get it. When I tried to reschedule for a post MRI appointment I was told there were no appointments until what would be 6 weeks after I initially broke my ankle. I feel like my care was half hearted and not at all timely. I will not return.
