Dr. Penner Schraudenbach, MD

He is very involved with me. I do see one of his PA's. They can always go see him if needed and he will come and talk to me if needed. He has done several procedures on me and treats me well during them. Always very friendly with me and discusses what will happen and keep me very informed. His staff is also very helpful and friendly. The things that they do for me is done very professional.

Everyone in the office is friendly and efficient. The lady sitting to the left as you walk into the office seems very efficient, but she has not seemed happy or even smiled the two times I was in the office. Maybe she could lighten up a bit.

Walked in without an appointment intending to make an appointment since I could not connect by phone with the schedulers. They were able to get me in to see the doc within 10 minutes. I was very happy that I finally decided to try the in person approach which turned out very well for me. I was almost never able to get a live person to talk to the first time...seems like the system is geared to call back at the convenience of the scheduler which makes it tough to connect. I hope they can correct this issue in the future. Overall I was satisfied with my visit.
