Will be finding a new doctor
I came in with a list of things I wanted to address. She disregards most of my concerns and talks over me. I ended up not even getting through the list. She was quite rude and just reminded me why I felt like asking for help after so long struggling was pointless. Left in tears.

My usual wait time (for a scheduled appt) is less than 15 minutes. I have been using her services for 5+ yrs. In that time I have found that Dr Edgell always listens to any issues I may have, completely & thoroughly answers any questions. I have had issues with the nurses not returning calls, but no such problems with doctor herself. The office could use more staff, as wait times for an appt can exceed 5-7 minutes.

Do not bother going to this doctor. She has mismanaged my mothers condition for the last year. Never calls back with recommendations on test results. Very disappointed.

I would sooner die then see this doctor again Heartless, lacks compassion and has a ego bigger than the entire practice.
