DR BETANCES HAS BEEN MY PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR AT THE VA FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. i HAVE BEEN 100 PERCENT HAPPY WITH HIM. LOOKS LIKE WHAT I SEE IN THE REVIEWS THAT RATED HIM LOW, THE STATEMENTS MADE ARE FALSE NEED TO GO ELSE WHERE FOR THEIR FREE MEDICAL CARE.

Dr. Betances is terrible. He's short and dismissive and doesn't really listen to your issues. He seems more interested in getting you out of his office than he is helping anybody. I've been trying to schedule an appointment with him for intense pain related to an appointment a few weeks ago, but keep getting told that he put in my record that I'm "good" for a year and can't get an appointment.
