Insensitive Treatment
I was recently diagnosed with cancer and referred to Dr. Ravello by the Simon Cancer Center. Dr. Ravello canceled what would have been my first appointment . He messaged me to find a Dermatologist. He didn't explain why he cancelled the appointment or suggest a referral to any doctor. I found his indifference insulting and unprofessional.
