Dr. Pavan Bang, MD

Dr. Bang is good doctor help my child a lot.

I can’t speak on the negative reviews I’m seeing on here because I had a great experience with him . My daughter was supposed to be seen by another doctor but we were late so my initial doctor couldn’t see us . Dr pavan saw us and I was not sure what to expect because my baby was 1 week old and I was a first time mom.the meeting was short but clear . My baby accidentally pooped all over during her weight taking and he helped cleaned up . I was soo embarrassed because she literally sprayed the whole room . He assured me that it’s normal and it happens and went ahead and helped us clean up . I was soo shocked. But he was very nice with us .

I wish I can give a zero star. He is sooo unprofessional. I took my 6months baby for her vaccine and he embarrassed me saying that he cannot do anything about an appointment he schedules for 9am and her can't see my baby. HE SPOKE TO HUSBAND RUDELY. I Will never ever recommended this Doctor. PLEASE RUN!!!!!

I would give this doctor less than one star if it was possible. I have been taking my son's to Beth Israel since they we're born and have never had an unpleasant experience with any of the pediatricians until today. This doctor should have choked when he took his oath . He never saw my child and inserted himself in a matter which he had no business in. How do you make recommendations for my child without assessing him? I would not recommend this doctor to anyone, he seems inexperienced.

After Dr. Saab left I had no choice but to use him for my sons check up. He came in and seemed more eager to get the check up over with then to really evaluate my child. My child is 8 months old and recently started walking, instead of him giving advice on what to look out for in an early walker he starts spewing out different skills/milestones that a 12 or 24 month old should be doing and asking me if my son is able to do those things in a way to sort of down play the fact that my child was walking early! When I was with Dr. Saab there were multiple areas she would check on my child and shed give me amazing advice on how to help my child grow and develop efficiently. Dr. Bang, however, was telling me stuff like give him more meat, without asking if we’re vegetarians, and to start being more strict with him, assuming that was our teaching method, which it is not! He didn’t even check the middle of his head! I wouldnt recommend this Dr. He may need more experience, better people skills
