Dr. Bauling was very personable and relieved my concerns about the surgery. He also has a wonderful sense of humor. Furthermore, he actually returns phone calls, which I have never experienced with a physician before.

We found this man to be quite condescending with regards to his communications. He actually stated to us that women do not die of breast cancer. Really? "Tell that to my many friends who have recently died of bc and it is listed as the cause of death on their death certificate." His reply was that they must have been the rare under 1% of bc patients. We didn't care for his arrogance. We prefer someone with superior skills and intellect with a kind and calming humbleness.
