Wonderful Physician!
I have been Dr. Leong's patient for many years and consider her one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is extremely dedicated to her patients - thorough, caring, patient, kind, and experienced. She takes her time during each and every visit. She has called me several times after business hours to discuss test results and make recommendations. She also literally saved a very important trip which I would not have been able to take after being sick with COVID had she not called me on a Sunday to see how I was feeling and prescribed the proper medication that made it possible for me to travel.

CALLED OUR HOME ON A SUNDAY MNORNING..I THE PATIENT'S WIFE WAS VERY ALARMED! doctor refused to give me any info..when i call out of concern about my husband's test results..i am getting nowhere! not good..married over 40 years and in the dark! at least explain the test results to me! please respect me! is that too much to ask..

Dr. Pauline Leong is hands-down one of the best doctors I have ever had, and I have encountered many. She was initially my parents' physician, and then my personal physician as an adult. She is highly knowledgeable and very skilled and spot-on in her diagnosis, and she LISTENS to patients, which is sometimes lacking in a field where appointments are scheduled so tightly. I wonder if negative reviewers are mistaken in leaving comments for the wrong doctor? Also by law, doctors cannot discuss a patient's records with someone other than the patient, or someone authorized, so I'm not sure why someone would give a negative review for that.

I tried to give it a few appointments to finally realize she is definitely NOT the doctor for me. She is very rude, bad attitude, does not listen to you when you speak about your concerns. It feels like a battle every time I visit her/speak to her. I will NEVER recommend her to anyone, and I am looking for another PCP who will treat me with respect and will want to listen to my medical concerns and questions with care. She said to me "she does not have time to screen over the phone!"and hung up
