After the you made your appointment and when the reception calls to remind you your appointment, the first thing they tells you is the amount of copay you will need to pay and that they only take cash. when you are done with your body check the reception will make an appointment for you to see the result. they said their policy is that they would not give the result unless you come in, meaning they could bill your insurance for another visit. Greedy money sucking doctor. Does not recommend.

They don't tell you the test results over the phone so they can CHARGE you another co-pay and bill your insurance another visit. Other doctors would gladly give you the results over the phone. At the end of the day I think this is a blood sucking money hungry doctor.

Appointments are always on time, Dr Lau spends a good amount on time explaining any issues or concerns you may have or are having. She will follow up with a phone call. The office environment is very pleasant. And I love the fact that you are in and out and you don't feel rushed. No need to spend your day at a doctors office.

After filling out the paperwork, the nurse take you to the waiting area where a lot of patients are seated on unwanted computer chair. They take your weight on a scale where there is another patient sitting right next to it. Hello, patient privacy. Boxes of medical supplies are randomly placed in the waiting area. Blood pressure are taken with a home style monitor w/out pump or stethoscope. Dr. Lau rush in and out of patient room. Overall feel like an assembly line in a factory. Stay away!!!

Great Doctor, very conscientious and accurate, explains very well what's going on and treatment options, warm and friendly and so is the staff, also, except for a few times when it was very crowded the wait time is minimal. I would highly recommend.
