Very respectful, professional, and nice. I went for an annual skin check about 2 months ago and expressed concerns about infertility. She recommended an all natural supplement to me and I decided to give it a try. A few weeks later I ended up pregnant after 6 years of diagnosed unexplained infertility, one of my ovary and fallopian tubes removed at 19, and diagnosed PCOS!! She’s more than a dermatologist and doctor, she’s my hero. Thank you Dr. Moulton for everything you do, I can finally be the momma I always wanted to be now :)

Unorganized office
I had been going here for years and had a painful mole that I wanted removed. She said she needed a prior authorization from my insurance and they would NEVER get it or follow up when they said they would call me back. This went on for 2 years. Then after the second request I received a phone call telling me I had cancer when I was still waiting on the authorization and never had anything removed! I went to a new office and they removed my mole and said it didn't even require a prior authorization.

I understand physicians don’t get it right 100% of the time (I am a nurse and the wife of a physician), but when they don’t listen and proceed to give a very wrong diagnosis and treatment (a diagnosis that she was absolutely certain about), it’s frustrating as a parent. Second opinion at UofM confirmed what pediatrician (and we as parents) originally thought and why we went to see Derm in the first place; and without going into too many personal details, it really caused undue stress for us as parents with the incorrect and very concerning diagnosis given, putting my 4 year old through a biopsy in a very delicate area (based on the wrong diagnosis), starting treatment that I was shamed for by pharmacist (as it’s usually used to treat sexually transmitted diseases). All of which could have been avoided, and sadly I trusted her expertise even when I doubted the diagnosis given during appointment. I couldn’t recommend her based on our personal experience.

Found out I was waiting so long in the waiting room because the policy is to take people in the order we sign in, regardless of appt time. I don't have the physical ability to sit that long -- nor am I willing to be pushed back because others choose to arrive 30-45 minutes early. I said I was never going back and left.

Dr. .Moulton takes a genuine interest in you as an individual.I always leave feeling she really cares about me.I can't say that about too many doctors over the years and I have seen more than most.I have been to other Dermatologist first and their responses and treatments were pretty much generic A typical treatments with not much interest after the fact that they didn't work... Dr.Moulton has a variety of treatments to use & won't stop trying or give up on you cuz she truly cares about you.

I went in for a spot on my skin that had developed and was not going away. After going through an exam and a biopsy, she still had not made any suggestions as to what it was. When I asked what it might be, she sighed as if the question was a bother. I was told to call in four days for my results. When I called, I was told the Doctor would need to call me back to give me my results. She never returned the phone call. I called again, and same results. Very uncaring attitude.
