Dr. Paule Couture, MD

Dr. Couture has been my daughters’ pediatrician since they were born, and now at 17 and 19, I can confidently say she is an exceptional doctor. Over the years, she has consistently demonstrated the qualities every parent hopes for in a pediatrician: kindness, patience, and a genuine ability to listen. She’s always taken the time to answer our questions, no matter how small, and has provided guidance that is both thoughtful and practical.What sets Dr. Couture apart is her incredible intuition when it comes to children’s health. She has a calming presence that instantly puts both kids and parents at ease, and she’s skilled at balancing the need for medical treatment with a child’s emotional well-being. Whether it was a routine check-up or something more serious, I always knew my daughters were in the best possible hands.

Needed an appointment to test kid for influenza B but they have too many patients, impossible to get in. I was told doctors on vacation or in Training. Staff giving appointments is not empathic if kid sick. New affiliation with Stamford hospital makes it worse especially with billing over charged/disappointing. Leaving their practice after over 12 years of being loyal client there.

between my two children, we have been seeing dr. couture for nearly 23 years. i highly recommend her as a pediatrician. she is exceedingly thorough, conscientious, attentive. lovely, and gives you all of her time once you are in the room with her. she treats the whole child not just their body--she delves into their emotional, relational, familial, life as well as eating and sleeping habits. i have total confidence in her care and only wish she treated adults!!

Dr Couture is excellent she speaks, French, Spanish, English. She always explains us every single detail, about of what is going on with our kids. we are very happy with her. My husband is French so he feels very comfortable to talk to her in his own language.
