We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Nasty, self righteous, uncaring
Paula Smith should not be a doctor. She is out and out nasty, does not listen, and does not care . Her lack of care and compassion goes hand in hand with comments like “nobody bosses me around!” She is a terrible diagnostician. She will use morphine to confuse a patient. We have asked that she be removed because she will not follow our wishes or what is medically appropriate. Complaint has been filed. Lawsuit may follow.

Excellent doctor
Dr. Smith listened to our concerns and was able to find a solution to my family members problems. She was kind and attentive and put everyone at ease. She has been a blessing to many members of my family.

My husband and I experienced difficulty in getting Dr. Paula Smith to LISTEN to us. I explained to her that I am a critical care RN and that my husband's oxygen saturation readings were low. She was argumentative with me and was going to discharge him home with NO oxygen. I ask that she please keep him one more night to observe his O2 sats & she begrudgingly agreed. Yes, indeed he DID & still DOES need oxygen all day & night. She came in the next day and was as COLD as ice! Steer clear!!!
