Dr. Paula Miner, MD

Dr. Miner (and her PA Jaime Triolo-Bone) are hands down the best GYN team I've ever experienced. Their kindness, empathy, intelligence, and honest care have changed my life. Their keen attention to detail allowed them to diagnose and discover a long-term issue - one that became life-threatening before their intervention. After many years of struggle with doctors who didn't take my situation seriously or bother to diagnose the issue, Dr. Miner and her team were a welcome and surprising gift.Over the last 4 years, Dr. Miner has performed 2 surgeries on me without incident and with the intended results. She listens and cares about my whole body and mental health, and her staff (even the billing staff) are committed to a patient-first approach. It's remarkable and refreshing!I thank the Universe for her on a regular basis and can't say enough about how rare and exceptional my experience with Dr. Miner has been.

I had not been to gynecologist in many years and was dreading this visit and various tests. The tech who performed the tests was considerate and very capable. The following appt with Amy Helms ,PA, was very informative and she was kind . I left the office very happy with the whole visit. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Miner is probably the best physician I've ever had. She listens & asks and answers questions thoroughly. She explains things regarding my care in a way that is easily understandable. Not only that, she doesn't rush through an appointment and is very friendly and compassionate. I've seen her 3 times for my annual and I am so thankful she took over after my previous healthcare professional retired. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending her.

Dr. Miner has changed my life - for the better. I'm very lucky to have found her. She correctly and immediately diagnosed my symptoms after several other Dr's. had not. She has patiently and compassionately listened to my needs and worked to find hormone replacement therapy that is just right for me. Dr. Miner has a wonderful bedside manner, she takes plenty of time during appointments to explain and discuss treatment options. Phone calls are quickly returned and her nursing staff is excellent.

Dr. Miner is a very compassionate and educated doctor. Not only did she make me feel comfortable for what usually is not a very comfortable visit she made me laugh. I appreciate her knowledge and her demeanor. She listened to my concerns and spent time explaining my care. Her staff is all very helpful and kind.

Dr Miner herself was kind and thorough. However, I am very distressed with the billing office and front staff. I specifically asked at arrival if they contracted with my insurance plan and was told yes they did. I proceeded to have over $1000 worth of routine medical care and blood work only to be billed for every penny. My insurance card clearly says "The Empire Plan" which Samantha in the billing office told me the staff knows they do not contract with. So their mistake is my huge problem.
