Dr. Paula Crawford-Harris, MD

First doctor hung up video call because their headset wasn't working - then got on an audio call with Crawford-Harris - she explained she would be unable to assist and I should book with another MD Live Provider - I went to go do that - she had marked the case as closed and charged her $20 - had to speak to a customer service rep to allow me to have another appointment. Next doctor did their job - got what was needed. Would recommend Dr. Liu, not Crawford-Harris. 3 sick kids at home the Friday before Christmas and messed everything up for us, the customer service rep, and the next doctor.

Dr.Crawford-Harris is a good listener and she always gave good medical and personal advice when you ask for it I miss her in Virginia. VERY GREAT DOCTOR!

I have been a patient with H&F for well over 10 yrs and Dr Harris has been my GP since she came into the group. She is patient, aware, knowledgeable, and also receptive and responsive. My last visit (last week) was very positive and Dr Harris' care and concern was wonderful.

I have only meet with the Doctor once but was very pleased. She takes her time and asks all the important questions. My biggest concern right now is availability because it seems to take a while to get appointments. We shall see going forward. First impressions were that she listened well and seemed interested in my health - overall all good for first meeting of Dr. Harris.

I found Dr Harris to be friendly and thorough. I actually enjoyed my visit with the Dr. It is my plan to stay with her as my primary care physician and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a "home" medically speaking.

Dr. Crawford-Harris is an amazing listener (she really hears what I'm saying). To me, this is the most important quality in a doctor; well, that and great medical knowledge. She's thorough, focused, thoughtful, and kind. I trust her to guide me in dealing with my health issues.

First visit with Dr. Crawford-Harris....took time to become familiar with my medical history, answered all my questions and outlined a plan going firward. Very pleased with the visit and the doctor!

After having my primary moving after 18 years was very devastating. I was very cautious on who I choose. I'm so happy and blessed for having Dr. Crawford-Harris. I'm comfortable with her. Great bedside manner. And takes time with you and listen. Thank you. Hope you never leave??

I did have a good experience with Dr Crawford. She treared me as if I didn't know anything about my condition. She acted very uninterested in any if my problems. It was an annual checkup and I received very condesendnuv remark, example I ask her as I was walkong out of the room don't you need a urine sample, her answer was "why do,you have a problem,there to" my answer was I guess we won't know and left the office. I don't recommend her to treat anyone.
